    Hi I have a problem with my cloud 4tb My mother accidentally pulled out the power cable and now the disk is blinking red light for many hours 10+ and I can’t find it on my network or ping it. The disk is working because it slowly vibrates.
      I unplugged and re plugged and also tried follwing the 4 sec reset, it would flash blue light and after a couple min go back to red right.

    I bought an 6TB from ebay, and it turned out that the seller had removed the hdd from inside the casing, put in a dead HDD and sold it off.
